The water is kept at 93.5 degrees. This is skin-receptor neutral, which means you lose track of where your body ends and the water begins.

What is float therapy, and how does it work?

Float therapy involves resting in a private, enclosed tank filled with about 10 inches of warm water saturated with Epsom salt—so dense you naturally float. The tank is soundproof and lightproof, offering a peaceful environment where your body and mind can fully relax, free from external stimulation. It’s a chance to disconnect and reset.
